About PHARMAX
PHARMAX is an HSA Singapore licensed online pharmacy that dispenses generic equivalents of prescription medications, with monthly published price data.
Licensed and verifiable
PHARMAX operates as a Singapore Health Sciences Authority licensed online pharmacy. You can verify our license directly on the HSA public register at hsa.gov.sg/pharmacy-retail. Our jurisdictions of dispensing scope are the United States, Switzerland, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and European Union member states. The United Kingdom is out of scope.
A valid prescription is required for every dispensing event. PHARMAX does not provide medical consultations, diagnoses, or prescriptions; we are a licensed dispensary, not a clinic.
Open Online Pharmacy Index (OOPI)
Once a month, PHARMAX publishes the Open Online Pharmacy Index: a dataset covering 44 reference molecules across 5 currencies, with cost basis, retail comparator, and our published price. The dataset is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, which means journalists, researchers, and clinicians can re-use it as long as PHARMAX is credited as the source.

OOPI exists because online pharmacy pricing is generally opaque. Publishing our own pricing on a fixed cadence is the only proof point that survives audit: anyone can compare our last twelve months against any other dispenser.
Clinical advisory
Our medical advisors review label data, sign off on category-page copy, and answer escalated clinical questions from our support team. They do not provide direct patient consultations on our behalf. See the advisory team page for bios, credentials, and specialty scope.
Categories outside our named advisory bench route to the supervising prescriber on a per-order basis. We do not stage a named in-house lead for categories we do not have a credentialed advisor for.
Plain box, anonymous billing
Every PHARMAX order is dispatched in plain corrugated cardboard with no visible logo or pharmacy markings. The billing descriptor on your card statement reads as a neutral health services line, not a recognizable pharmacy name. Payment is accepted by major card networks or by crypto. Your insurer is never contacted, queried, or billed.

We treat privacy as a dispensing-side promise, not a marketing slogan. Specifically: our dispatch team does not see your name on the outer label; our finance team does not see your medication on the descriptor; our IT logs retain the minimum required by HSA recordkeeping.
What PHARMAX is not
- Not a US FDA-approved generic manufacturer. We dispense generic equivalents licensed in their country of origin.
- Not a US compounding pharmacy. We do not formulate; we dispense.
- Not a substitute for a clinician. We do not diagnose or prescribe.
- Not licensed in the United Kingdom as of 2026 June.
