Cancellation Before Processing
You may request to cancel your order only before it enters processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Orders in Transit
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
Refusing delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation.
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect Order Information
PharMAX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or cancellations resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Regulatory and Customs Delays
Orders affected by customs inspections, regulatory holds, or import restrictions cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
