Transfer Existing Prescription:
Have a prescription from another provider? We can transfer it:
- Email your prescription to prescriptions@pharmax.com
- Include: Patient name, medication name, dosage, prescriber information
- Our pharmacy team verifies and processes within 24 hours
- We'll contact your previous pharmacy if needed
Prescription Privacy:
- No insurance billing = no insurance records
- Encrypted storage of all medical information
- PDPA-compliant handling
- Prescriptions never shared with third parties
