Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s contains ‘Tadalafil’ which works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

You can take Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s with or without food. Swallow Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s as a whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew or break the tablet. You are advised to take Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing. Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.

Do not take Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension) or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s is not intended for use in women. Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Megalis-10 Tablet 4’s should not be given to children as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side-effects.
