Due to the nature of pharmaceutical, medical, and health-related products, all sales are final once an order has entered processing. Prescription (RX) medications, over-the-counter (OTC) products, supplements, nutraceuticals, and temperature-sensitive items are not eligible for return or refund after processing or shipment. Order cancellations are permitted only before processing begins. RX orders cannot be canceled once prescription verification has started. Refunds are issued solely in cases where an item is delivered damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to review and approval. PharMAX is not responsible for delays, refusals, or losses caused by customs clearance, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
