Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. By using PharMAX services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
For users outside Singapore: All consultations and prescriptions comply with local telemedicine regulations where applicable. PharMAX operates internationally while maintaining Singapore as the primary jurisdiction.
Regulatory Compliance Statement
All telehealth consultations comply with Singapore's Ministry of Health telemedicine regulations. Our licensed physicians are authorized to provide remote medical consultations and issue valid prescriptions for approved medications.
